9 Little Kittens Have Lost Their Mittens and Much More
The Lost and Found is getting full.  If you are missing anything check the list below:

2 Headbands;  3 Buffs; 18 Toques And a Pirate Hat!
6 sets of gloves and 13 odd ones – you must have a single at home
2 sets of mitts and 8 odd ones and one tiny set of baby mitts
1 pair of jeans
1 sweater
1 scarf
2 pairs of sunglasses; 1 pair of goggles
2 pairs of boots
3 water bottles; 1 travel mug and 1 water bottle and pack
2 set of pole baskets; 1 odd pole basket

Igloos are a sight to see!
If you have made your way out to Bilbo’s Bog, we hope you stopped to admire the incredible Igloos.  Rumours are hinting it might become a village.
Thanks go to Peter Mair and Hermann Bruns for their hard work in designing and creating these beautiful structures.  Thanks too, to all the other bodies who went out to learn and assist in the building of them

Elections are coming up Soon

The positions coming up for election for 2020 are: 

President, Secretary, Treasurer and Three (3) Directors at Large.

Elections will take place at our Annual General Meeting being held on March 10, 2020
The nominating committee is comprised of Duncan Moore ( and Hermann Brunns (

Please consider putting your name forward to join the executive for a 2 year term.  Many hands make light work and we appreciate you sharing your many hidden talents while assisting in running the club.  

Lantern Ski!!

We are looking for a new Lantern Ski Co-ordinator.  Ed Bouma is stepping down after organizing many very successful Lantern Skis.  He is willing to offer assistance to the volunteer through the transition.

Carbon Neutral !!

It was agreed at the February meeting to establish a committee to review and quantify the current GHG emissions and propose plans to reduce or neutralize them in time for next ski season.
