In order to volunteer you must have your 2020-2021 Membership Completed. The deadline for this is October 15, 2020 to be covered by our Liability Insurance.
If you are able to join us you need to have filled out the Nordiq Canada Participation Agreement on zone4. – This is a Covid-19 requirement:
Due to Covid-19 we are unable to host the annual ski swap for members. We have created an online buy and sell on the Larch Hills Nordic Society website. Click the link below to buy or sell used gear this season.
The Larch Hills Nordic Society is currently working on the Covid-19 plan for the upcoming season. It will be prepared and published in the coming weeks and will include:
Limited numbers of people in the chalet.
Extra cleaning measures.
Limited events and activities during the season.

This season you may pay for your Larch Hills membership by e-transfer. On the registration click “pay by cash or chequeâ€, then follow the instructions to send an email to registrarskilarchhills@shaw.ca
In order to participate in or volunteer for club activities such as, trail clearing or maintenance you must have your membership renewed by October 15, 2020.
We would like to inform the Larch Hills membership that Tom’s Shelter is unsafe to use at this time. Please see the attached report regarding Tom’s Shelter. We will be discussing next steps at the General Meeting.
