Annual General Meeting Reminder

LARCH HILLS NORDIC SOCIETY NOTICE OF ELECTION FOR EXECUTIVE & BOARD POSITIONS             

 
This is a formal notice of the positions that are up for election for the LHNS’s Board of Directors.
The positions will be filled by election at the Annual General Meeting in early March.
 
When:  Tuesday, March 5^th, 2019 at 7 pm.
 
Where:  SASCU Recreation Centre, Room 1 downstairs.
 
Positions open for the coming term (2 years):
 
President (currently vacant)
Treasurer
4 Directors at Large
 
Suzy Beckner, Brad Calkins, Pauline Waelti and Rob van Varseveld will let their names stand for the election.
Allan Bahen, current Treasurer, is retiring as of the AGM.
 
Any LHNS members in good standing who are interested in running for a Board position please contact the
Nominations Committee (and/or attend the Annual General Meeting in March).
