You made the Friday, January 31 Larch Hills Pirate Loppet a smiles-filled day for 467 local elementary and middle school students who enjoyed this year’s “high seas” Ski Adventure!
Since 2011, $34,400 has been distributed to fifteen different SD No.83 schools for the purchase of X-C Ski equipment. Thank you to SASCU and Shuswap Community Foundations for helping make our 2019 generous donations possible.

Family Snowshoe Fun at Larch Hills

Quite a few families came out to “Unplug and Play” on the Snowshoe Trails February 1.  They enjoyed the sunshine, blue skies and were all invited to take a book home.

This event is a partnership between Larch Hills Nordic Society, SD83, Shuswap Literacy Alliance (Unplug and Play) and Salmon Arm Recreation.

The positions coming up for election for 2020 are: 

President, Secretary, Treasurer and Three (3) Directors at Large.

Elections will take place at our Annual General Meeting being held on March 10, 2020
 
The nominating committee is comprised of Duncan Moore and Hermann Brunns.

Please consider putting your name forward to join the executive for a 2 year term.  Many hands make light work and we appreciate you sharing your many hidden talents while assisting in running the club.
