CCBC Learning to Train Courses for Larch Hills
 
The Larch Hills Nordic Society is excited to announce that we will be hosting both the Learning to Train Dryland and On Snow courses this fall and winter in Salmon Arm. These courses are required for coaching athletes in Track Attack – ages 9-12.
 
September 27-29, 2024 – Learning to Train Dryland
 
January 3-5, 2025 – Learning to Train On Snow
 

In addition Larch Hills will also be offering the Community Coaches Workshop December  6 – 8, 2024.

It is not too early for
FIREWOOD VOLUNTEERS!

 

The summer temperatures are here and we cannot forget how quickly the colder temperatures creep in. 

Thank you to Pauline Waelti for spearheading the task of preparing for the ski season and keeping our chalet warm and comfy.

The task involves the Three S’s:  Sawing, splitting (power splitter) and stacking.

Right now volunteers are meeting Mondays and Fridays at 9AM till around noon.

Please come out as often as you can to assist.  Many hands make light work.
