Larch Hills Nordic Society Ski Swap Saturday, October 26 The Gathering Place in Salmon Arm
The popular event is coming soon. If you are looking for new to you equipment or wanting to share equipment that the kids have outgrown this is the place for you! All proceeds go towards the LHNS Junior Race Team. Details can be found on the website here.

Larch Hills Hoodies for all members
The store is now open and will close on November 6 at midnight. Angela Parker will pick up all the hoodies and bring them up to the Chalet for pick up and probably also arrange a pick up time/day in town. The order will be available early December.
There needs to be a minimum of 12 ordered in total from the membership. Samples of the sweatshirt will be available at the Ski Swap for folks who want to confirm sizes prior to ordering.

Volunteers have been very busy getting ready for the snow season
We had so many volunteers at the volunteer trails day in September, Pauline Waelti and her firewood crew have worked extra hard to stock the woodshed and the LHNS Junior Ski Team spent last Saturday doing trail work and firewood. There have been countless other individuals that have gone up on their own time to do various jobs to prepare for the coming winter season.
We are very grateful to all of these people
Thank you also to Glenn Bond and his volunteer crew for putting on another very successful Reino Run last Sunday! This is a great community event, as well as a fundraiser for the LHNS Junior Ski Team.
