The LHNS Executive is pleased to announce that we are recipients of one of the 2023-2024 Community Capital Gaming Grants from the Province of British Columbia! We received $250,000 to spend on our tracksetter replacement project. With these funds and the fundraising efforts of the LHNS we are pleased to announce that we have enough to purchase our replacement machine.
The tracksetter replacement committee has been working hard for the past two years researching new machines. They decided on the Prinoth Bison machine that has now been ordered. We are expecting to receive our new grooming machine this December!
The LHNS would like to thank all of the individuals and businesses that donated to the annual Nordiq Canada/CCBC fundraising drive this season. We raised the most money of all the BC Clubs participating and earned ourselves a bonus $2000! We truly appreciate all of the support that we received during this fundraising drive. We also receive donations during registration and throughout the season that go a long way to help us achieve our goals.
